Like most of us my story has had many ups and a few downs that I am convinced have brought me to where I am today, coaching the Top Agents in my hometown, Columbus Ga! I love the Real Estate business, love my job as the Director of Agent Business Development at Waddell Realty but above all I love helping agents reach their goals in business and in life.
My career began as a sales agent with a Boutique Firm. Next I moved to Remax and enjoyed a successful 16 year sales career there before moving into management, first at Keller Williams and then at Coldwell Banker. My current role suits me best, “Coach” at Waddell Realty, the premier, independently owned, Broker in Columbus GA. My now 30 year experience brings a unique perspective in understanding how Top Producers think and act and what they need from their Brokers to motivate and inspire them to stand out in this highly competitive business.
Coming from the days without the internet to an environment that without it means failure has brought some “fun” challenges. The thought of “how can I consult my agents to take advantage of the many tools in marketing that can be found on the internet if I am not using them myself” has lead me to my blog!
